• 16 ounces Eden Spelt Ribbons
Sunflower Seed Pesto
• 1/2 cup organic sunflower seeds, lightly dry pan roasted
• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 4 cups fresh basil, loosely packed, chopped
or half fresh basil and half fresh parsley
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Shiro Miso
Cook pasta as package directs, rinse and drain for cold pasta or simply drain for warm pasta. Place all ingredients for the pesto sauce in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Mix together with the cooked pasta and serve.
