• 15 ounces Eden Black Beans, drained
• 8 ounces organic salsa, mild, medium or hot
• 1/4 cup fresh or frozen sweet corn, blanched 1 min.
• 2 Tbsp green onion, finely chopped
Place beans and salsa in a bowl. Drain blanched corn. Add corn and green onions to bowl and mix.
