• 8 ounces Eden Kamut Udon, 1 package
or any Eden Udon
• 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
• 1/2 cup carrots, coarsely grated
• 1/2 cup fresh daikon radish, finely grated
• 1/2 cup pea pods, blanched 1 minute and chopped
• 2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
• 1 3/4 Tbsp Eden Toasted Sesame Oil, or Black Sesame Oil
• 1/2 tsp Eden Hot Pepper Sesame Oil
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain. Toss pasta together with vegetables, shoyu and oils. Can be made with any Eden Udon or Soba pasta, combined with your choice of vegetables, oil and soy sauce.
