• 2 cups Cocoa Edensoy, or Carob
• 1 cup frozen organic strawberries
• 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
• 1 Tbsp organic maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a blender, and pulse several seconds until the fruit is crushed and the smoothie is thick and creamy. Pour into two tall glasses.
Note: Fresh strawberries and blueberries can be used in place of frozen. If using fresh fruit, add 2 cups (about 10) ice cubes to the recipe, and blend per directions. Edensoy Chocolate can be substituted for Edensoy Carob, if desired.
