3 cups fresh basil, packed and chopped
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup pine nuts, lightly pan toasted
or sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Serve with any Eden or Traditional Pasta.
One tablespoon of Eden Shiro or Genmai Miso may be substituted for the sea salt.
