1 quart water
4 Tbsp Eden Agar Agar Flakes
1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
6 Tbsp Eden Cherry Juice Concentrate
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the agar has dissolved. Pour into individual fruit cups or a shallow bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour or until gelled. Slice and serve.
