• 1 cup Eden Black Soybeans, 1 can drained
• 1 cup Eden Crushed Tomatoes
• 1 1/2 cups fresh tomato, diced
• 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
• 1/3 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 cup red onion, minced
• 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
• 3 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 2 Tbsp Eden Red Wine Vinegar,
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 2 Tbsp green onion, chopped
• 1 tsp Eden Cumin Powder
• 3/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
• 1/2 tsp Eden Coriander
or 2 tsp dried cilantro flakes
• 1 clove garlic, minced
