• 7 ounces Eden Kamut Spaghetti, 1/2 package
or any Eden Spaghetti
• 15 ounces Eden Navy Beans, drained
• 2 cups fresh organic tomatoes, diced
• 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
• 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp Eden Cumin Powder
• 1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
Break spaghetti into small pieces, and cook as package directs. Rinse and drain. Place in a bowl, add all remaining ingredients, mix well and serve.
