• 1 cup water
• 1/4 sheet Eden Sushi Nori, tear or cut into thin pieces
, or 2 Tbs. Eden Nori Krinkles, or 5 strips Eden Spicy Nori Strips, crumbled
• 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
• 2 Tbsp organic tofu, cubed
• 1 to 1 1/2 tsp Eden Barley & Brown Ricei Miso, or to taste
or any Eden Miso
Place water in a saucepan, cover and bring to a boil. Remove cover and turn heat to low. Pur&eacte;e miso with 2 tsp broth. Add puréed miso, nori, scallions and tofu. Do not cover. Simmer 2 minutes and serve.
Eden Mugi, Shiro, Genmai or Hacho Miso may be substituted for Barley & Brown Rice Miso.
