• 2 tsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or Black Sesame Oil
• 1 cup scallions, finely chopped
• 1 tsp Eden Shiro Miso
• 1 tsp Eden Genmai Miso
or any Eden Miso
• 1/4 cup water
Combine the miso and purée with 4 tsp. cold water. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the scallions for 2 minutes. Add miso pureé and water. Mix, cover and simmer for 5 minutes over a low flame. Spread on whole grain bread with Eden Roasted Tahini or use as a condiment with cooked organic grains or any Eden Pasta.
