• 2 pounds asparagus, ends trimmed
• 2 cloves garlic, very finely minced or grated
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Preheat the oven to 400°. In a medium sized mixing bowl, toss the asparagus with the olive oil, garlic, shoyu soy sauce and lemon juice. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, evenly spreading the spears. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the spears. Test with a fork periodically.
