• 12 oz organic whole wheat ziti
• 1/2 cup pine nuts, lightly dry pan roasted
• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Shiro Miso
• 4 cups fresh basil, loosely packed, chopped
Cook pasta as package directs, and drain. While the pasta is cooking, place all other ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Mix the pesto in with the hot, drained pasta and serve.
