• 15 ounces Eden Black Soybeans, drained
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup, or organic maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, or to taste
Place beans, barley malt and shoyu in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce flame to medium and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.
