• 2 avocado, seeded and peeled
• 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
• 4 ounces mild diced chilies, do not drain
or 2 Tbsp minced jalapeno
• 1/2 cup fresh tomato, diced
• 1/4 cup scallions, green part only, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 or 2 pinches Eden Cayenne Pepper, or to taste, optional
Mash the avocado pulp with a fork or potato masher. Mix in all remaining ingredients and serve with organic corn chips.
