2 cups pears, sliced
2 cup Eden Apple Juice
3 Tbsp Eden Kuzu Root Starch, dissolved in 4 T. cold water
1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
1 pinch cinnamon
Place the pears, apple juice and sea salt in a saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer 5 minutes or until tender. Reduce the flame to low, slowly add the diluted kuzu, stirring constantly until thick. Add the cinnamon, stir and simmer 1 minute. Serve with your favorite granola sprinkled over.
