Serves 10 | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 40 minutes
• 1 cup organic rye flour
• 1 cup Eden Soft White Pastry Wheat Flour
• 1/3 cup Eden Shake, Garlic Gomasio, or Dulse Flakes
• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or Safflower Oil
• 1/2 cup Original Edensoy, Extra Original, or Unsweetened
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil and rub into flour with your hands to evenly mix. Add Edensoy and form into a ball of dough. Roll out dough onto a lightly floured cutting board. Cut crackers with a knife or fluted pastry wheel into 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" squares. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 40 minutes or until crisp. Remove and allow to cool. Makes 4 dozen small crackers. The dough may be cut larger, if desired, for larger crackers.
