• 8 ounces any Eden Ribbon Pasta, 1 package
• 2 cups fresh basil, packed and chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1/2 cup pine nuts, lightly dry pan roasted
• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt
or 1 T. Eden Shiro Miso
Cook pasta as package directs, rinse and drain. Place basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, water and sea salt or miso in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve over the cooked pasta.
