• 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 medium carrot, diced
• 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
• .88 oz Eden Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms, 1 package
• 25 oz Eden Spaghetti Sauce, 1 jar, or
Eden Spaghetti Sauce - No Salt
• 14 oz Eden Crushed Tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp Eden Dried Basil
• 2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, optional
Heat oil in a medium saucepan and sauté the onions for 1 to 2 minutes. Add Shiitake, carrot and bell pepper. Sauté 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except the shoyu. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add shoyu and simmer 5 minutes.
