• 30 ounces Eden Black Eyed Peas, 2 cans, drained
• 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste
• 2 Tbsp Eden Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2 tsp Eden Brown Mustard
• 2 Tbsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup
• 1 Tbsp organic maple syrup
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/8 tsp Eden Black Pepper
• 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Place all ingredients, except the parsley, in a saucepan, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with parsley.
