• 30 ounces Eden Black Beans, 2 cans, do not drain
• 1 cup water
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1/4 cup celery, diced
• 1/4 cup carrots, diced
• 1/2 cup organic sweet corn, fresh or frozen
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
• 1/2 tsp Eden Sea Salt, or to taste
Place all ingredients in a saucepan, except the parsley. Season with Eden Sea Salt, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off flame and stir in the parsley before serving.
