• 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 medium onion, diced
• .88 oz Eden Maitake Mushrooms, 1 package, soaked in hot water to cover, reserve soaking water
• 2 cups sliced button mushrooms
• 25 oz Eden Spaghetti Sauce, 1 jar, or
Eden Spaghetti Sauce - No Salt
• 14 oz Eden Crushed Tomatoes
• 1 cup reserved mushroom soaking water
• 2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, optional
• 1/2 tsp Eden Dried Basil
Heat oil in a medium saucepan and sauté onions for 1 to 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except the shoyu. Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Add shoyu and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve over any Eden Pasta.
