• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 Tbsp Eden Shiro Miso
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1/2 cup organic tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 cup pine nuts, lightly dry pan roasted
• 4 cups fresh basil, loosely packed, chopped
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Mix in one or two extra tablespoons of diced tomatoes. Serve with any Eden Pasta, or on any whole grain bread.
