• 1 Tbsp Eden Brown Mustard
• 2 Tbsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup
• 2 Tbsp organic maple syrup
• 2 tsp Eden Genmai Miso
or any Eden Miso
• 1/2 cup Eden Spaghetti Sauce
• 1/4 cup Eden Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp Eden Black Pepper
• 2 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 tsp water
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
• 1/4 cup onion, finely minced
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Use on tofu, tempeh, grain burgers, seitan, fish or shellfish.
