• 32 oz Cocoa Edensoy, or Carob
• 1/3 cup Eden Kuzu Root Starch, dissolved in 5 T. cold water
• 2 Tbsp organic maple syrup, optional
• 1/3 cup fresh strawberries, sliced in half for garnish
and/or blueberries
• 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
• 1/4 cup grated unsweetened chocolate, optional
Place Edensoy, kuzu, and syrup in a saucepan over high heat. Bring almost to a boil, whisk constantly to prevent lumps. When thick, remove, and place in dessert cups. Garnish with fresh fruit and grated unsweetened chocolate.
