Ingredients

12 ounces Eden Kamut Vegetable Spirals
or any Eden Spirals

15 ounces Eden Kidney Beans, drained

15 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, drained

15 ounces Eden Black Beans, drained
or Eden Black Soybeans, drained

1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely minced

1 medium cucumber, chopped

1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

Dressing

1/3 cup Eden Brown Rice Vinegar

1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 1/2 Tbsp dried basil

2 Tbsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup

2 Tbsp organic maple syrup

2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce

Directions

Cook pasta as package directs. Rinse, drain and place in a bowl. Add beans and vegetables. Prepare dressing. Mix into salad and serve.
