• 12 oz Eden Kamut Vegetable Spirals, or any Spiral Pasta
• 15 oz Eden Kidney Beans, drained
• 15 oz Eden Garbanzo Beans, drained
• 15 oz Eden Black Beans, or Black Soybeans, drained
• 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely minced
• 1 medium cucumber, chopped
• 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
Dressing
• 1/3 cup Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Dried Basil
• 2 Tbsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup
• 2 Tbsp organic maple syrup
• 2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
Cook pasta as package directs. Rinse, drain and place in a bowl. Add beans and vegetables. Prepare dressing. Mix into salad and serve.
