• 14 oz Eden Crushed Tomatoes
• 1 1/2 cup organic tomatoes, diced
• 15 oz Eden Navy Beans, do not drain
or cooked Eden Dry Navy Beans
• 1/2 cup Original Edensoy, Extra Original, or Unsweetened
• 3/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
• 2 Tbsp fresh chives, or scallions, finely chopped
Puree beans and tomatoes in a blender until creamy. Place in a saucepan, add salt and soymilk. Turn heat to medium, mixing frequently. Bring almost to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Garnish with chives and serve.
