• 1/4 cup water
• 1 Tbsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
• 1/4 cup EDEN Roasted Sesame Tahini
• 1 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar, or to taste
• 2 Tbsp green onions, finely chopped
• 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a blender, pulse until creamy and serve.
