• 1/2 cup water
• 2 Tbsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup
• 2 Tbsp organic maple syrup
• 2 tsp Eden Brown Mustard
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Purée all ingredients in a blender. Use to marinate tofu, tempeh, seafood, or use as a basting sauce for shish kebabs, grilled vegetables or seafood.
