• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 Tbsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp Eden Apple Cider Vinegar
or Eden Red Wine Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp organic maple syrup
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp Eden Dried Basil
• 1/2 tsp Eden Dried Oregano
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/8 tsp Eden Paprika Powder
• 1/4 tsp Eden BlackPpepper, or to taste
• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, pressed
Purée all ingredients in a blender. Serve over vegetable, bean or pasta salad.
