• 2 tsp Eden Matcha
• 1/3 cup hot water, to dissolve matcha
• 2 cups Unsweetened Edensoy
or Vanilla Edensoy
• 2 tsp Eden Sesame Tahini
• 2 tsp organic maple syrup, or to taste, optional
• 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
• 1/4 tsp Eden Black Sesame Seeds, toasted, for garnish
Take two cups and place 1 tsp matcha in each. Pour equal amount of hot water over. Mix matcha and water with a frother or spoon to dissolve. Place soymilk, tahini, maple syrup and salt in a small saucepan and heat until hot. Do not boil. Remove from heat. Use a frother or whisk to blend the soymilk mixture until frothy. Pour the frothed soymilk equally over the matcha in each cup. Sprinkle each with a pinch of toasted black sesame seeds for garnish.
