• 2 slices sourdough whole grain bread
• 1 avocado
• 1 or 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 cup any Eden Sauerkraut
• 1 or 2 tsp Eden Garlic Gomasio
• 2 slices organic tomato
Slice avocado, remove stone, and scoop out avocado into a small bowl. Add lemon juice and mash with a fork.
Toast the bread. Spread mashed avocado evenly on each slice. Sprinkle gomasio over. Top each slice with two tablespoons sauerkraut and a slice of tomato. Enjoy!
