• 1 cup Eden Sesame Seeds
Rinse sesame seeds in a fine mesh strainer and drain. Heat a heavy stainless steel skillet. Place the seeds in the skillet. Using a wooden paddle, dry roast the seeds, stirring frequently, until they release a pleasant nutty aroma and begin to pop.
To test for doneness, take a tablespoon of hot seeds and drop them back into the skillet. If seeds stick to the spoon, they are not done roasting. When no seeds adhere to the spoon they are done. Allow to cool before placing in a sealed glass container.
