• 1 cup Eden Sesame Seeds, dry pan roasted
• 1 cup organic pumpkin seeds, dry pan roasted
• 1 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
Heat a small skillet and dry roast the sea salt until it releases a chlorine smell. Finely grind salt in an electric coffee grinder. Mix roasted seeds and sea salt together, place in a blender, and grind until sesame seeds are 3/4 crushed. Place in a glass jar or condiment container. Sprinkle over cooked whole grain, hot cereal, pasta or steamed vegetables.
Variations: add 3 tsp Eden Organic Cumin, Organic Garlic Powder, or Maple Sugar & Organic Ground Cinnamon for a variety of different tasting condiments.
