Serves 5 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 45 minutes
• 1 1/2 cups Eden Short or Medium Grain Brown Rice
• 1/2 cup Eden Pearled Barley
• 3 cups cold water
• 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker. Place the lid on and bring to pressure over high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook for 45 minutes. Remove cooker from heat and allow pressure to come down. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove lid and place the rice and barley in a serving dish. Serve with any Eden Gomasio or Eden Shake.
