Black Soybean Rice

Serves 4 | Prep Time 3 minutes | Cook Time 1 hour

Ingredients

• 15 ounces Eden Black Soybeans, 1 can, drain well

• 1 cup Eden Short Grain Brown Rice, washed and drained

• 2 cups cold water

• 1 pinch Eden Sea Salt

• 2 tsp Eden Seaweed Gomasio
or Eden Shake or any Eden Gomasio

Directions

Place rice, water and sea salt in a heavy pot, cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low, and simmer for 1 hour. Remove, and place in a serving bowl. Mix the black soybeans in with the hot rice. Sprinkle a little Eden Seaweed Gomasio or Eden Shake over each serving.
