• 2 cups Eden Short or Medium Grain Brown Rice
• 4 1/2 cups boiling water
• 2 pinches Eden Sea Salt
Wash the rice and drain the rice. Place in a heavy stainless steel heated skillet and dry roast until golden and it releases a nutty aroma. Place the rice in a casserole or baking dish. Add the boiling water and salt. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve with Eden Shake, any Eden Gomasio, or your favorite sauce or gravy.
