• 15 oz Eden Black Soybeans, 1 can drained, reserve liquid
• 1 cup organic diced tomatoes
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp Eden Ground Cumin
• 1 tsp Eden Ume Plum Vinegar
• 1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
• 2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
or fresh cilantro
• 1/8 tsp Eden Cayenne Pepper
• 1 tsp minced jalapeno
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding the reserved bean cooking water a little at a time until it is the right consistency.
