Kalamata Olive Hummus

Kalamata Olive Hummus

29 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, drain and reserve 5 Tbsp. bean cooking liquid (aquafaba)

1/4 cup Eden Tahini

5 Tbsp aquafaba, (reserved bean cooking liquid)

1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbsp minced parsley

3/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt

1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped


Place all ingredients, except the olives, in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes or so. Add the olives and process another few seconds. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, more chopped olives, a sprinkle of parsley and smoked paprika, if desired.
