• 29 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, drain and reserve 5 Tbsp. bean cooking liquid (aquafaba)
• 1/4 cup Eden Roasted Sesame Tahini
• 5 Tbsp aquafaba, (reserved Garbanzo Bean cooking liquid)
• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 Tbsp minced parsley
• 3/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
• 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
Place all ingredients, except the olives, in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes or so. Add the olives and process another few seconds. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, more chopped olives, a sprinkle of parsley and smoked paprika, if desired.
