1 tsp freshly grated ginger root
1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 cup Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Eden Barley Malt Syrup
or 3 T. organic maple syrup
2 Tbsp Eden Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Eden Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
1/8 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Store in a well sealed jar in the refrigerator, up to 5 days. Shake well before using. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
For a spicy flavor use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Eden Hot Pepper Sesame Oil and reduce the Toasted Sesame Oil by 1/2 to 1 teaspoon.
