• 1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 cup onion, chopped
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 1 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, optional
• 15 ounces Eden Butter Beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 Tbsp dried mixed herbs
• 1/2 cup organic tomato, diced
• 1/4 cup Eden Crushed Tomatoes
• 1 tsp organic maple syrup
• 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
• 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
• 1/8 tsp Eden Black Pepper
• 1/3 cup water
Heat oil in medium heavy skillet and saute onion 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic, mushrooms, and shoyu. Saute about 5 minutes until onions and mushrooms are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer on low for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Serve on crackers, toast, as a sandwich spread, or as a party tapas dip.
