• 1/4 tsp Eden Hot Pepper Sesame Oil, or to taste
• 1 tsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/3 cup onion, diced
• 1/2 cup organic tomatoes, diced
• 1 cup Eden Chili Beans (seasoned dark red kidney), do not drain
• 1/4 cup Eden Crushed Tomatoes
• 1/4 cup organic bulgur
• 1/4 cup Eden Ground Cumin
• 1 cup water
• 1 1/2 tsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, or to taste
Heat oils in a saucepan, and sauté onions and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water, chili beans, tomatoes, bulgur, and cumin. Cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally so the bulgur doesn't clump. Reduce the flame to low, add shoyu, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve.
