3 cups Eden cooked White Sushi Rice, (see recipe) or cooked short grain brown rice
1/2 sheet Eden Sushi Nori, orE_span class="brand"_den_/span_ Nori Krinkles
1/4 cup Eden Sweet Shiitake for sushi, (see recipe)
1/4 cup cooked tempeh, cubed
or pan-fried tofu
1/4 cup diced, cooked carrots
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 avocado, cubed, squeeze lemon juice over to prevent discoloration
1/4 cup diced, cooked yellow summer squash
Chirashi-zushi is a salad made with leftovers from making either white or brown rice sushi or you can make from fresh cooked and raw ingredients.
Place the rice in two bowls. Sprinkle equal amounts of all remaining ingredients over the rice and serve with Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce, Eden Shake or Eden Gomasio.
