• 1 cup raw, shelled sunflower seeds, rinsed and drained
• 1/4 tsp any Eden Tamari or Shoyu Soy Sauce
Heat a skillet, pour in the sunflower seeds, and dry roast until golden (about 7 to 10 minutes) stirring constantly. Add the soy sauce and quickly to mix and coat the seeds. Roast another 1 minute. Remove and place in a container. Use as a snack or garnish on grains, pasta and salads.
