• 15 ounces Eden Refried Kidney Beans
or any Eden Refried Beans
• 1/3 cup water
• 2 slices whole grain bread
• 2 Tbsp minced red onion
• 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
• 2 slices organic tomato
• 2 slices avocado
• 2 slices red radish
Over medium heat, heat up the refried beans and water, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Spread on slices of bread and add the minced onion, tomatoes slices and lettuce for an open-face or traditional sandwich.
Variartions: Add radish slices, cucumbers, whole lettuce leaves, thinly sliced onions instead of minced.
