• 1/4 cup Eden Hiziki
• 3 Tbsp Eden Black Sesame Butter
• 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp Eden Sea Salt
Rinse hiziki in a fine mesh strainer, place in small bowl, cover with warm water to soak for 10 minutes.
Place hiziki in a strainer and rinse under cold water. Place in a small saucepan with water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Discard water.
Rinse hiziki again to cool and place in a blender or food processor with all remaining ingredients. Pulse several seconds until coarsely ground. Place in a small bowl, garnish with a couple lemon slices and finely chopped scallions. Serve paté with crackers, bread, toast or pita bread.
