Salad Greens with Miso Tahini Orange Dressing

Serves 5 | Prep Time 15 minutes | Cook Time 0 minutes


• 4 cup baby salad greens

• 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

• 1/2 cup cucumber slices

• 1/2 cup tomato, cut in wedges or chopped


• 1 Tbsp Eden Genmai Miso

• 1 Tbsp Eden Shiro Miso

• 2 tsp Eden Brown Rice Vinegar

• 1 tsp Eden Brown Mustard

• 1/4 cup orange juice

• 1/4 cup water

• 3 Tbsp Eden Roasted Sesame Tahini

• 1 Tbsp minced parsley

• 2 tsp finely grated ginger root

• 1/2 tsp organic maple syrup


Using your hands, squeeze the grated ginger to extract 1 teaspoon of ginger juice into a blender. Discard pulp. Place all remaining ingredients in the blender and pulse several seconds to mix. Place in a serving bowl.

Toss the salad greens, lettuce, cucumber and tomato in a salad bowl. Serve with dressing on the side.
