• 12 ounces Eden Kamut Ditalini
• 15 Eden Kidney (dark red) Beans, rinsed and drained
• 15 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
• 15 ounces Eden Black Beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 cup green beans, blanched 3 minutes, chop in 1/2" pieces
• 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 1 medium cucumber, chopped
• 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
Dressing
• 1/3 cup Eden Brown Rice Vinegar
• 1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Eden Dried Basil
• 1/2 Tbsp Eden Dried Oregano
• 2 Tbsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup
• 2 Tbsp organic maple syrup
• 2 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
Cook pasta as package directs. Rinse, drain and place in a mixing bowl. Add beans and vegetables.
Prepare the dressing by whisking in a small bowl. Mix into salad and serve.
