• 1 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 cup onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, pressed
• 15 oz Eden Great Northern Beans, 1 can, do not drain
• 1/2 cup Eden Crushed Tomatoes
• 2 Tbsp Eden Barley Malt Syrup
or organic maple syrup
• 1 Tbsp Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce
• 1 Tbsp Eden Brown Mustard
Preheat oven to 350°. Heat oil, and sauté onions and garlic. Mix with all ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Cover and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
