• 15 ounces Eden Garbanzo Beans, drained
• 6 ounces baby spinach
• 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
• 2 ounces Eden Dried Cherries, coarsely chopped
• 3 Tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 Tbsp Eden Red Wine Vinegar,
Eden Brown Rice Vinegar or Eden Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1/8 tsp Eden Sea Salt
• 2 tsp organic maple syrup, optional
• 1/8 tsp Eden Black Pepper
Place garbanzo, spinach, red onions and cherries in a bowl. Combine the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk to mix. Pour over the salad and toss to mix.
