3/4 cup Eden Short or Medium Grain Brown Rice, washed, or long grain brown rice
1/4 cup Eden Red Quinoa
1 pinch Eden Sea Salt
2 cups cold water
Place all ingredients in a heavy, small saucepan, cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer 50 minutes. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes before removing and placing in a serving bowl.
